Action

After adroitly evaluating and analyzing Magnetic Data Technologies, GGG focused on building the company’s higher margin product lines. GGG also obtained several new contracts.  In order to provide long-term sustained growth, GGG played a vital role in executing a strategy to build the company into the largest independent provider of in-warranty services for computer data storage and cellular phones worldwide.

Results

Sales grew from $20 million in 2006 to over $100 million in 2000 and Magnetic Data Technologies was subsequently sold for $45 million.
