Situation

WYNCOM, Inc., a $40 million training and seminar company that boasts well-known speakers such as Dr. Tom Peters and Dr. Stephen Covey, The Seven Habits of Highly Successful People, was growing rapidly but not operating profitably.

Action

GGG Professionals assumed two distinctive roles, CEO and President. Their goal was to restructure the management team, streamline the company’s operations, and create additional, high-quality programs that would increase sales.  WYNCOM’s events were planned and programmed for a year in advance in order to provide the company with more stable and predictable cash flow.

Results

WYNCOM was turned around from losses of $8 million over two years to a $3.5 million one-year profit, the company’s highest to that date.

GGG Received the LARGE COMPANY TURNAROUND OF THE YEAR AWARD in 2002 from the Atlanta Chapter of the TURNAROUND MANAGEMENT ASSOCIATION (TMA) for its work with WYNCOM, Inc.
