Lee Katz Testifies as Expert Witness on the Feasibility of a Plan of Reorganization
Lee Katz recently testified as an expert witness in the Kim Hospitality Chapter 11 in the Atlanta district.
The company went into bankruptcy in May 2010 and had the plan of reorganization confirmation hearing last week. Lee, as a recognized expert in the feasibility of plans of reorganization, testified in this regard.
