V-Mast Manufacturing and Valco Rental & Equipment Marketed and Sold by Katie Goodman in “363”
Katie Goodman of GGG was engaged as financial advisor to V-Mast Manufacturing, Inc. and Valco Rental & Equipment, Inc.
Based in Ohio, Valco sells and rents heavy equipment to the construction industry. Valco filed for protection under Chapter 11 of the U.S. Bankruptcy Code in the Northern District of Ohio.
Over a 90 day period, GGG successfully marketed and sold both companies through ‘section 363’ sales.
