Mr. Katz handles a gambit of restructuring issues related to bank loans, real estate projects and corporate advisory. He also specializes in cases revolving around LLC agreements, commercial transactions/disputes, real estate transactions/disputes, bank negotiations, and mergers and acquisitions.

Mr. Katz was groomed at the US Attorneys Office in New York, where he was involved in all aspects of civil litigation, as well as responsible for creating all pleadings, motions, and litigation material for the U.S. Attorneys.
