Forbearance Agreements & Refinancing
GGG, due to our experience with the lending process and our credibility with lenders, is adept at negotiating forbearance agreements that meet the mutual needs of both the debtor and the lender.
The trust that is often already established between GGG and the lender can result in a lender that is willing to forebear or forego any action until a business plan can be developed and a re-negotiation of the loan conditions and documents can occur.
